Is the price final?
Yes. The pricing shown is final for the services, hours, people and term you select. For questions or negotiation, email services@itsokay.us.
How does the trial rate work?
Months 1–3 are an introductory rate of $6/hour/person for the trial period. The regular rate of $9/hour/person starts on the 4th month through the 12th month (or the end of a longer term).
What is due today?
One full month in advance, as a binding down payment, when you pay here. Weekly or bi-weekly dues follow your chosen schedule.
How is the monthly total calculated?
Weekly hours × hourly rate × people × 52 ÷ 12.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Every step can be edited before payment, and your selections are kept if you refresh the page.
